QuickBooks is a online software that allows us to complete your accounting and financials. From the main page of QuickBooks Online you can see an overview of your sales, clients, and vendors. You can also keep track of all invoices and even see which are overdure.
QuickBooks online lets you keep track of all your accounting in real time. You will always have access to all the work we complete right away. Because it is online and not on a desktop you and your Audit Free Books Accountant can work on invoices, payroll, etc at the same time if needed.
You can! Most of our accounting and bookkeeping services are done through QuickBooks online. If you have used QuickBooks before, you can see all the summaries and overviews as before, just don't need to worry about completing the accounting yourself anymore. If you aren't familiar with QuickBooks, we recommend going through the training so you will be kept aware of your finances. Once you're a client you can also reach out with any and all QuickBooks related questions that we will help you through.
If you used Online QuickBooks, all you have to do is add our company as an accountant. It's as simple as that. If you had QuickBooks Desktop, we would have to transfer your information to QuickBooks Online so we can work on it. Either way the process is very easy so don't worry!
If you have no QuickBooks account, this is also totally fine! We will create an account for you through our QuickBooks-Accountant. We do this so we make sure to set it up unique to your specific company and your needs. For this, we will need information such as a client list, vendors, supplies, etc.
A pro advisor is someone who has gone through training specifically for QuickBooks. They are trained specifically in how to help you through any problem you might encounter in QuickBooks. They are able to easily navigate through the website and can also help you become familiar with our main accounting software.

Of course! We are aware and completely understanding of the effects COVID-19 has had on businesses everywhere. Because of this, we now offer virtual one-on-one consultation before becoming a client. Email or call to schedule an appointment and mention that you would prefer a non-in-person meeting. We will schedule a time to have a consultation over the phone or over zoom. Once you are a client, everything completed in regards to your finances can be done remotely and there doesn't have to be any in person meeting unless you specifically request one.
When you schedule a meeting, you reserve a time slot of 2 hours. This does not mean that the meeting will have to take two hours, just that if needed the meeting can be that long. On average our meeting last about an hour.
